Passport tickets allow one entry to all paid venues. There are two ticket types. 1) E-passport (digital) that can be purchased online, 2) Paper tickets that can be purchased at affiliated stores and venues.

Purchasing an E-Passport online prior to your visit will allow you to enter the venue smoothly and conveniently upon arrival. Smartphone users can also use the ArtSticker app or save a PDF file of their passport to present it at the entrance to the venue without worrying about losing it.

In addition, various other tickets such as Kyoto Citizen Discount, Weekday Passport, Single Ticket, etc. will be available during the exhibition period. Details will be announced as they become available.

How to Purchase

  • This passport ticket is valid for 1 person only.
  • This passport ticket is valid for one single entry to each exhibition venue during the festival.
  • This passport ticket is valid during the festival.
  • Opening hours and closing days vary depending on each venue. Last entry is 30 minutes before closing time.
  • Reservation is required to enter the Kyoto Shimbun venue. Please check the official website for details.
  • Admission is free for those under 16 years old. Those with a student ID are eligible for a student passport ticket.
  • When entering with a student passport ticket, you will need to present your student ID.
  • If you purchase a passport ticket with Anniversary Book, please exchange it at the Information Center during the festival
  • If you purchase a "passport ticket with 4/19 KYOTOPHONIE performance ticket", please present the QR code at the reception on the day.
  • Resale and transfer is prohibited
  • This passport ticket cannot be refunded or reissued.

Express Passport ticket エクスプレス パスポートチケット

This is a special ticket that allows priority admission to all venues multiple times during the exhibition period, and is also a donation ticket. This ticket is ideal for those who wish to visit more venues during their stay in Kyoto, or for those who wish to fully enjoy KYOTOGRAPHIE 2025 within a month.

How to Purchase

1. Purchasing E-Passport ticket at ArtSticker (online)

Please purchase on the ArtSticker website or app.

To purchase tickets, you must register as a member of ArtSticker (free of charge) or log in.
At that time, if you have registered or logged in with a Facebook Account or Apple ID, the ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Various credit cards can be used for payment.
Tickets can be purchased from outside Japan.

2. Purchasing paper tickets at affiliated stores

Bulk Purchase of Passports

  • Those who purchase multiple tickets in one payment will be able to transfer each QR after mid-March.
  • You may transfer unused passport tickets to others. However, passport tickets cannot be transferred or resold once they have been used at any venue.
