“ The Windows of The Seawall” ~ What can you see through the windows of the seawall for Tsunami ? ~

Japan is the country of earthquakes. In response to the giant tsunami caused by the 2011 giant earthquake, Huge seawalls with a height of nearly 15m, has built along the coast of the disaster area for a total length of 400km. Many residents opposed the construction of the seawall. This is because sandy beaches disappear from the coastline, fishermen's workplaces are deprived, and they are forced to live " without seeing the sea ." As a compromise, constructions has carried out by installing the "windows" on the seawall. What can you see through the "windows" of the seawall ?
