Light and Form ©Asano Tsutsumi

“Light and Form” is a fully constructed body of work created using a projector and acrylic panels to manipulate light to form an image. By layering multiple projections, new shapes appear without any digital post-processing. The resulting light is visible as an image and as tangible as a print. The lack of familiarity or nostalgia-evoking elements removes any clues that might help interpret the original image. Reflecting thoughts upon the work demands that the viewer interact within the space. This exhibition aims to silently draw visitors into a meditative experience allowing them to slow down, fade into the light, and drift into space.
